**E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc. (E2),** is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of **Everest Technical Consultants, Inc. (Everest),** a top boutique electrical engineering firm specializing in substation engineering services in California. This strategic acquisition enhances E2’s growing service line in Transmission & Distribution, and Renewable Energy.
The acquisition of Everest increases E2’s breadth and depth of expertise and enhances our position in providing field-proven safe, high-quality, and competitively priced engineering services to our clients. It also gives us the ability to strengthen our offerings in the renewable energy space including Solar, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage.

Everest has been successfully operating since 1977 and brings over 47 years of engineering experience having worked on some of the most complex and unique substation engineering projects in California, including a 220kV Hybrid GIS station, a 220kV Static Var Compensator, a 220kV Synchronous Condenser, and a full automation project for a generating station in Catalina Island.
We are committed to ensuring a seamless transition for Everest and its employees. Current clients of Everest Technical Consultants, Inc. can expect uninterrupted service and support under E2’s ownership.
