The E2 O&M and WE2 Team Win the Material Access Centers (MAC) Management and Operations Contract

E2 O&M Services is pleased to announce award of the Material Access Centers (MAC) Management and Operations (M&O) subcontract for DOE Liquid Waste contractor Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC) to our Joint Venture WE2 8(a) JV O&M, effective April 1, 2023.  Contract award is for a Base Period of 5 years, with 5 individual 1-year Options, for a total of 10 years.  The primary scope of the new contract includes M&O Services to run the MAC Warehousing Function at the Savannah River Site (SRS), encompassing management, field staff and equipment (vehicles and forklifts) to perform warehouse and inventory management of the four (4) IMC Contractor MAC facilities, which include multiple warehouses and material laydown yards, with approximately 34,000 items of inventory and an estimated value of over $90M.

This is the third consecutive award E2 has received from our Liquid Waste client to provide these services, in each case partnering with one of our small business protégé’s as part of the Small Business Administrations (SBA) Mentor Protégé program. Our WE2 team is excited for the opportunity to continue to provide these critical services in support of our SRMC client and DOE’s overall site mission.

Thank you and congratulations to all E2 team members involved in the pursuit of this work, a job well done!
