As we move forward as the combined “Guardian” organization, we are pleased to introduce Greg Ricks as our Chief Executive Officer. Greg will lead the company through this next phase of growth while helping preserve the relationships, expertise, and culture that have made both E2 and CANUS successful.
Greg has been a key leader at CANUS for many years, serving as both Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. During that time, he has helped drive operational growth, client success, corporate profitability, and expansion across the utility sector.
With more than two decades of experience in operations, workforce management, technical services, and utility infrastructure support, Greg brings deep industry knowledge and a strong commitment to employees and customers. He will work closely with Hersh Saluja, who will remain an active member of the leadership team as the President of E2's Professional Services and strategic advisor, to support a smooth integration and continued momentum.
