Jose brings over 28 years of experience in the gas and electric utility industry, with a proven track record in business development, client engagement, and strategic growth. Jose has successfully led efforts that secured significant new customer opportunities and infrastructure investments. In his prior engagements, Jose managed key accounts, economic development initiatives, and large-scale transmission and distribution projects.

Throughout his career, Jose has built lasting relationships with utility clients, regulatory agencies, and industry leaders while delivering value through innovative energy solutions. His expertise and leadership will be instrumental in strengthening our presence in Power Delivery and Gas services.
