We are pleased to announce the promotion of Allan James to Vice President, Field Services West.
For Allan, this promotion is a culmination of his journey at E2 that began seven years ago when he joined E2 as a Chief Inspector. Over the years he has transitioned into a Construction Manager role, then was promoted to Director, Field Services, Utilities West in 2023. His commitment, talent, and leadership have been instrumental to our success.
In this new role as Vice President, Field Services West, Allan will be responsible for leading the Field Services team in the west region, collaborating with our leadership to continue to grow the business while continuing to maintain the trust of our clients. He has been a champion of driving our safety culture by focusing on training, professional development of our employees, and leading by example. We are confident that his deep knowledge of our business and his vision will guide this team to new heights.
