Big Win for E2 and WFS Team!

The E2 and Waséyabek Federal Services joint venture, WE2 Support Services 8(a) JV (WE2), LLC (WE28a). received notice of award for Department of Energy’s National Energy Technology Laboratory’s (NETL) Site Operations Support Services. E2 is thrilled to continue providing its experience and expertise for services at NETL sites for the next five years. Transition has begun and WE2 will begin operation services on April 1, 2020.

 

The National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) awarded its Site Operations Support (SOS) Services contract on Dec. 19, 2019, to small business WE2 8 (a).  The joint venture is comprised of Waséyabek Federal Services, LLC and E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc., specializing in facilities management and support services.

 

The SOS contract is a five-year contract consisting of a two-year base period with three one-year options.  WE2 8(a) and our pre-selected major subcontractor AECOM will perform day-to-day facility and R&D operations at the Morgantown, WV, Pittsburgh, PA, and Albany, OR NETL sites which include, but are not be limited to:  R&D support; engineering and facility support; environmental, safety, health and quality support; and environmental remediation/disposal support.
